Return and Exchange Policy
At Bujairami Perfumes Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we aim to provide detailed descriptions and notes for all our fragrances, we understand that scent is a personal experience. Due to the nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
1. Blind Buying Policy:
All sales are final for purchases made without prior in-person sampling (i.e., “blind buys”). Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these orders.
We strongly encourage reviewing the product description and note pyramid before purchasing. If available, you may contact us to inquire about sample options.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items:
If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@bujairami.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for the affected item.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for blind-buy purchases.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product
· Contact our customer support team at orders@bujairami.ca with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
· Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us.
· Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the return for processing.
5. Shipping Costs:
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or defective items.
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Sale Items:
All sales on sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
