ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Bujairami Perfumes provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU).  Bujairami Perfumes reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User.
This Agreement, which incorporate by reference other provisions applicable to use of www.bujairami.ca , including but not limited to, supplemental terms and condition set forth hereof (“Supplemental Terms”) governing the use of certain specific material contained  www.bujairami.ca , sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of  www.bujairami.ca by User. By using  Bujairami Perfumes, User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use  www.bujairami.ca is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s password(s), if any.
Bujairami Perfumes shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of  www.bujairami.ca , including but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access of use.

Privacy:

Bujairami Perfumes is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Security:

Credit card payments are secured. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Fraud Prevention:

In order to protect you and  Bujairami Perfumes from fraudulent transactions,  Bujairami Perfumes may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address.  Bujairami Perfumes also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

 

General terms and conditions for returns:

- The customer is not allowed to use excessively the perfume. If the perfume is not to your preference, the customer will know the exact time he smells the scent.

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways, using an official approved carrier.

- The customer is responsible for any customs fees or charges that may be imposed on the returned product.

- Customer service must be notified of the return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

- The refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product, deducting all shipping costs and commissions incurred from the purchase using credit cards or similar methods.

- The refund will be made to the same customer account and in the same manner as the purchase was made.

- The company reserves the right to refuse a return if there is a reason for rejection.
