ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services provided by Bujairami Perfumes Inc. to the User are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU). Bujairami Perfumes Inc. reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to the User.
This Agreement, which incorporates by reference other provisions applicable to the use of www.bujairami.ca, including but not limited to, supplemental terms and conditions set forth hereof (“Supplemental Terms”) governing the use of certain specific material contained on www.bujairami.ca, sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of www.bujairami.ca by the User. By using Bujairami Perfumes, the User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use www.bujairami.ca is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s), if applicable.
Bujairami Perfumes Inc. shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of www.bujairami.ca, including but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

Bujairami Perfumes Inc. also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
